Terms & Conditions

Effective date: February 21, 2026. These terms govern the use of Bazora marketplace services, including listings, messaging, order requests, moderation, support, and account management features.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, submitting listings, requesting purchases, sending messages, or using any Bazora feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms govern your access to the marketplace, all buyer and seller interactions, all content uploads, moderation decisions, and all support interactions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued use of Bazora after changes are published means you accept those updated terms as well.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the contact details, payment details, and account credentials associated with your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Any activity performed through your account is treated as your activity unless you report unauthorized access promptly through the support channel.

2. Platform Role And Marketplace Scope

Bazora provides tools for listing items, discovering products, messaging users, requesting purchases, and coordinating completion of transactions. Bazora is not the direct seller of user-posted items unless explicitly stated. Bazora does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, available, lawful, safe, or suitable for your intended use. Buyers and sellers must independently evaluate item condition, authenticity, legality, and compatibility before completing any exchange.

Listings may be moderated before publication and may be rejected, delayed, removed, or deactivated if they violate these terms or legal requirements. Moderation does not create a warranty by Bazora regarding listing quality or seller credibility. Users remain responsible for final purchase decisions and transaction risk management.

3. Eligibility And Account Responsibilities

You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements under your local law. You may not use Bazora if you are prohibited from using similar services under applicable law, sanctions, or court restrictions. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive identities, or create accounts for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for account security practices including strong passwords, device protection, and immediate reporting of suspicious access. Bazora may suspend, limit, or terminate access when account activity presents abuse risk, fraud indicators, legal risk, or operational security risk. We may request verification details where needed for safety, trust, or legal compliance.

4. Listings, Accuracy, And Content Standards

Sellers must provide accurate item titles, condition details, photos, and price information. Sellers must disclose major defects, missing accessories, and significant limitations. Misleading or intentionally incomplete listing data is prohibited. Duplicate spam listings, bait-and-switch pricing, false warranty claims, counterfeit items, and prohibited items are not allowed.

You grant Bazora a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute listing content in connection with operating and improving the marketplace. You confirm you own or are authorized to use all uploaded content and that such content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

5. Reviews, Publication Controls, And Enforcement

Bazora may require listing review before publication. Review outcomes include approval, rejection, request for clarification, or removal after publication. Reviewers and managers may apply policy-based judgments, and those decisions are final unless additional information is provided through support. Publication status can change based on reports, legal requests, or updated policy enforcement.

Attempting to bypass review controls, including repeated re-submission of banned content with minor edits, may result in account restrictions. Bazora may preserve moderation records for trust and safety analysis, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations.

6. Orders, Seller Confirmation, And Item Availability

A buyer request does not automatically complete a sale. A seller must confirm the request before an order is finalized. Multiple buyer requests may exist for an item based on available quantity. Listings are marked sold when confirmed sales meet available stock or when sellers manually manage availability within allowed product states.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming final payment method, delivery/pickup arrangement, and timeline in chat. Bazora may provide workflow states and timestamps but does not guarantee off-platform behavior, delivery outcomes, or payment reversal outcomes.

7. Payments, Disputes, And Risk Allocation

Payment options shown on listings reflect seller-selected preferences and may include cash on delivery, wallet-based methods, or bank transfer options. Bazora does not currently guarantee funds in escrow unless a dedicated escrow product is explicitly announced. Users should verify counterpart identity and item condition before completing irreversible payment steps.

Disputes between users should first be handled through in-platform messages and support tickets. Bazora may assist with workflow records and moderation review but does not guarantee compensation for every dispute scenario. Users assume transaction risk when they choose to trade with other users.

8. Messaging, Conduct, And Prohibited Behavior

Users must communicate respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, threats, extortion, sexually explicit abuse, scam scripts, malware links, phishing attempts, and coercive behavior are prohibited. Bazora may monitor abuse signals, investigate reports, and enforce restrictions, including account suspension or permanent removal.

Message logs may be used for support resolution, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Users should avoid sharing sensitive credentials, one-time passwords, or unnecessary financial account data in chat. Bazora support agents will never ask for private authentication codes in chat.

9. Intellectual Property And Brand Use

The Bazora brand, logo, interface, and service code remain property of Bazora or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or reproduce service elements beyond lawful personal use unless explicitly authorized. You may link to public listing pages in a lawful and non-misleading way.

If you believe content infringes your rights, you may submit a support request containing identifying details, ownership claims, and relevant evidence. Bazora may remove or restrict access to disputed content while claims are reviewed.

10. Suspension, Termination, And Service Changes

Bazora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where abuse, fraud, legal violations, security concerns, or major policy violations are detected. We may also limit certain features regionally, operationally, or temporarily to maintain service health and trust controls.

Features may be updated, replaced, or discontinued at any time. We will attempt reasonable notice for material changes when practical. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.

11. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

Bazora is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazora disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete error elimination, or universal listing accuracy.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Bazora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or transaction losses resulting from third-party user conduct.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bazora, its operators, and affiliated service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your marketplace conduct, your legal violations, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of these terms.

This indemnification obligation survives account closure and applies to reasonable legal costs and enforcement expenses where legally allowed.

13. Governing Law And Contact

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where Bazora operates unless mandatory consumer laws in your location provide otherwise. If any section of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in force.

For legal notices, account safety concerns, or policy clarifications, contact Bazora support through in-platform support chat. Keep all critical communication in recorded support channels for faster resolution and auditability.
